The bag is in good pre-owned condition! The bag looks and works great. I did not wipe the bag down or clean it before the photos. All the zippers works great. All the functions on the bag work great. One of the snap buttons is missing as shown in the 5th image on the strap handle. The appearance of the bag looks great with a few small markings on it that I did not attempt to get out.
