Has metal lock with keys so you can secure belongings. About 10.5 inches tall and about 9.5 inches wide. Metal frame and hard plastic inset wheels and hard plastic handle. Perfect for carry-on use. Has handles for carrying and detachable handle for converting to shoulder carry. Not sure if it’s water proof or water resistant but inside is fully lined with what looks like waterproof backing. Has covered pocket for ID or Business Card on outside. Very well made with nice details. This is one of 3 I bought and only used 2 of.
